Note 4 T-Mobile Data Problem

I have a white Note 4 from T-Mobile and I've been using the phone for about five months. I noticed since then that my data connection has been slow, compared to my friend's Note 4 (black, he also has T-Mobile). I have the latest Kitkat firmware and everything on my phone is updated....
