Multiple Google play developer account termination.

Hi, my Google developer account now terminated 5th time...... even I have followed all it's rules.....

Reason of termination is due to multiple policy violations by associated Google Play Developer account...... with any warning.......

I have used new internet connection with new IP, new PC for...
