I rooted my Panasonic P31 and accidentally uninstalled few system apps including launcher. Home screen was gone and initially it freezes at boot. Did a factory reset but it didn't recover. Installed a custom launcher (Yahoo Avaite) and its working. But play store crashes as soon as it is...
