MetroPCS Galaxy Avant loosing LTE and Data

I recently switched back to MetroPCS and went with the Samsung Galaxy Avant. Since both my wife and I have switched we have had a problem. Every so often the data stream will change fro "4G LTE" to "4G" and when it does we have no data connection. It lasts anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes....
