LG G2 D801 update outside of the US

Hello !!! I have unlocked LG G2 D801. And as u people know that D801 Lollipop is now rolling out. The question is will i be able to get the OTA cuz im not in US (and im using other carrier), so will i be able to get the OTA if im living in other country???
