I have a recently purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 T520 running Android 4.4.2.
I have been adding apps and attempting to stop all the unneccesary stuff running but now I am unable to move my app icons.
I long press and move to side of screen and it just bounces back. I can also not move...
